How Soon Will I Receive My Payments From Buildmart?

The amounts due are transferred to the Second Party as follows:

Direct Selling Receivables:

If the Second Party activates the option to provide the “Payment Protection” service:

BuildMart pays 50% of any amount received from the buyer within a period of no more than 7 days from the date of receiving the payment in its account. As for the remaining 50%, it is paid after the completion of the delivery of the entire order to the customer. In the event that a return period is available for the defective product, the remaining amount will be transferred once the return period ends.

If the second party does not choose to provide the “Payment Protection” service:

BuildMart will pay 100% of the amount owed to the second party; As a result of the buyer paying any amount under the account of a specific order, within a period not exceeding 7 days from the date of receiving the payment in his account.

Receivables for sale through “Requests for Proposals”:

Payment shall be made within 7 days from the date of the request to release the payment by the customer, provided that the accounts of the First Party have amounts in the customer’s account that are equal to or greater than the payment that was requested to be released to the Second Party.
