What Is Your Returns Policy?

For Direct Buy, customers can request exchange or return only as per the supplier’s/service provider’s terms. The product should be returned to the seller with its original tags and packaging intact, unwashed, and undamaged. Replacement/Refund will be issued following a thorough evaluation of the product(s).

For products ordered through purchase orders (P.O.), customers can return and exchange products and services ONLY as per the terms and conditions of the contract signed by them and the supplier of products or services.
